New pain in right arm

I've had a new pain in my right arm for over 24 hours now, I have rang 111, and they were absolutely useless (shocker) told me to go see a pharmacist knowing full well they aren't licensed to do anything for me because of my kesimpta, I'm just tired of being passed around from pillar to post and told to take paracetamol and ibuprofen for nerve pain I'm so infuriated

😡 yes, 111 don't tend to know much about MS. See if there is an email address for your MS Team on your appointment letters and Speak to your GP about it they should be able to help. Fingers crossed🤞 you get support quickly.

If its a new symptom, reach out to your MS team, in case it's a relapse, you may need treatment. Not sure where you are based, in my area it's a Mon to Friday team that you have to email, so probably no response until Monday. Hope you get it sorted.
