I diagnosed with PSMS 5years ago and walking is so hard for me .. my Dr in San Jose suggested me to do AHSCT! Has anyone did this process? And was it helpful?

Diagnosed over 10 years ago.. trying to maintain a managerial role of palliative care unit. Don't know anyone in UK for support.. I'm lucky.. I'm not in a wheelchair yet.. I'm positive and done some amazing things since diagnosis.. is there anyone in Lancashire that understands x
