I live far, far away in Western Canada; most shift.ms members I converse with do not live close by; the odds of meeting are slim to none. Having stated that, a few months ago I reached out to a member who comes to Edmonton to see her doctors - she just got married & was going on her honeymoon the last time we chatted. The offer to get together with my wife & I is open. Plus I contacted another member last week; supposedly we will get together next week. The thing to remember is that we post to share MS information. Hopefully we can help each other & they can help us while taking the MS journey. That is it; nothing more & nothing less. We all have different backgrounds & different experiences in our lives. If members meet in person, they may not even like each other. But then again, maybe we will... "Get together" odds are better for you since you live in London. Good luck...
