So I applied for pip higliting issues caused by ms scored 0 applied against mandatory reconsediriation scored 0 again what a joke that is

@sav1 1) Do you score 0 points for both the mobility component and the daily living activities component? 2) Do you go through the appeals process when unsuccessful? If you already have requested a Mandatory Reconsideration, then it's time to take it to a Tribunal. 3) Do you have a skilled and knowledgeable 3rd Party (such as a local benefits charity representative/ Citizens Advice Bureau etc. ) fill in the form for you and give you advice on how to complete it? Or have you just filled it in yourself? Don't give up and keep going. I took DWP to Tribunal for denying me ESA the first time I claimed it. I was successful in my Tribunal and got the DWP 's decision overturned.
