Does this resonate with anyone else?

Trying to understand why I’ve developed MS. * I know that stress and anxiety are major factors. I understand that a lack of vitamin D can contribute, as can exposure to the Epstein Barr virus and also having a family history of autoimmune disease. * I understand from an article on the MS Trust website that people with MS are believed to have Scandinavian Ancestry/ Viking genes - I have 10% Danish Ancestry. I wondered if other people have had their DNA done and whether this correlated? Article here: https://mstrust.org.uk/news/research/ancient-origins-ms#:~:text=People%20from%20north%2Dwestern%20Europe,database%20of%20ancient%20DNA%20samples. * my Scandinavian ancestry is on my dads side of the family and historically they were all farmers. I wonder if we are genetically predisposed to need certain amounts of vitamin D, ie my family were always outside in nature and I’m a teacher who’s predominantly indoors?? * Everyone I’m meeting with MS seems to have children with Autism or have Asperger’s/ADHD themselves or display characteristics of being on the spectrum. My small social circle are one by one being diagnosed with Asperger’s and ADHD. I am awaiting an assessment for this but on discussion at our most recent MS coffee morning we were talking about how we each struggled to process emotion, stress and anxiety, whether we get really angry or weepy. I personally get very emotional and sometimes don’t know why, or I shut down around people who are really angry. I wondered if other people experience this in some shape or form? * My MS nurse told me that having a gluten free diet could help MS - my friends who have Asperger’s have been advised to go gluten free for other conditions such as colitis, coeliacs etc as for some people gluten is inflammatory. I also wondered if they developed these due to how their body and mind process stress and anxiety (perceived threats - see article above) and also if they have any Scandinavian ancestry too, as I’m aware that these conditions can occur in people with MS too. I’m also wondering whether I should cut out dairy as I know that dairy can be inflammatory too. * I have suffered with psoriasis for some time, although I think either my kesimpta or other meds is helping reduce the inflammation. Is it therefore a histamine response to food or stress/anxiety ? Does anyone else have skin issues or take anti-histamine tablets? Could this link back to our DNA? * as a teacher I teach hundreds of students a week and get to see their student profiles listing any medical or educational needs. There seems to be a patterns in students who are on the ASD spectrum to have other common medical issues such as asthma, eczema, psoriasis, POTS, PANDA’s, ehlers danlos syndrome, hypermobility etc. I am hyper mobile, in fact, all of the ladies at my MS coffee morning have hypermobility too? Does this resonate with anyone? * what I’m wondering is if all of this connects together somehow? I might be barking up the wrong tree but I keep seeing patterns of inflammation, illness and behaviours. Would like to know if this makes sense to anyone else?
