How do you divide your spoons?
If you're unfamiliar with the spoon analogy I guess how do you divide your energy?
What life areas or activities do you prioritise on low energy days? Or how do you decide on a given low energy day what to cut?

My 2 kids (5 & 8) are the priority.
My low days consist of resting but if I must my little bit of spoons will go to the absolutely nesscessary like dressing, eating, playing with my puppies, and then back to resting to save up three more spoons to shower and back to bed to rest more so I can get up and go to physical therapy the next day. That is Sundays. Monday through Friday I may have to borrow from the next day and hope by Saturday I can rest to build up my spoons for the coming week.
