Daily routine?
Do you have a daily routine? What does it look like or what elements do you try and incorporate?
I do a few exercises, quick sink wash, breakfast, rest, get ready, rest and snack, drive to work, lunch, take breaks if possible, dinner, drive home, rest, eat again, rest, maybe some TV, night routine, bed.
On a non workday I only do the morning routine and then it depends.

After coffee and breakfast, I stretch and do pt exercises (20 minutes worth). Weather permitting and how I feel, I take a walk with our family dog.. another 20-30 minutes . The rest of the day may be chores depending on my energy level. Definitely plan an afternoon nap each day..
