Non dairy people
Hey guys how do you make sure you get enough calcium when you don’t consume dairy products? I recently switched to an oat milk that tastes great with both tea and coffee (which is rare) but I realised it didn’t actually contain any calcium carbonate. I’m going to switch back to one that does.
I eat lots of fish leafy greens and nuts but any other suggestions I’m all ears! Thanks hope you’re all getting on ok.

If you take vitamin D it also has calcium as it's needed to break down the vitamin. Other than that, a good multivitamin
