Healthy snacking - Arron boster
I have watched some of his videos and there’s one that stuck with me about snacking. He said don’t snack just eat 3 meals a day. Not sure the reason but does anyone avoid snacking and try to just eat 3 times a day?
I can’t help myself having snacks as I feel tired a lot. Almonds, seeds and fruit are what I’m snacking on mostly. Surely that’s ok!!?

He is a fan of intermittent fasting so possibly to do with that. What to snack on is whatever works for the individual from trial and error.
