I just wanted to let everyone know that I had such difficulty sleeping! I couldn’t stay asleep due my discomfort 😣. I kept seeing these grounding sheets that mimic nature and enhance sleep. I thought it was a gimmick but after every sleep aide (and I was tired of taking them) I ordered the sheet! I have had for 2weeks and I have slept better than I have been! They are about $100+ so it’s an investment but I’m glad I got them!
