I don’t take any DMTs and have no history of low blood pressure; but over the years it’s always been on the normal/low side of OK. I have inactive SPMS (PIRA) with EDSS of 6, latter involves a stick to help with foot drop and spasticity. I also have significant dizziness and have seen a neurophysio (which hasn’t helped). I’ve recently been monitoring my blood pressure and it’s very low eg 72/40 - day and night, sitting and standing. I’m being checked by a cardiologist to ensure this isn’t something unrelated; however, I’m thinking it’s MS-autonomic-related. Doesn’t seem very common though since my MS nurses didn’t think of it and were surprised when I mentioned that my dizziness might be caused by BP rather than vestibular issues per se. Any similar experiences?
