Just wondering how long from a relapse does it take for you to feel somewhat normal again. I’m slowly getting better. Walking with a walker now but I wanna do normal things again.

A few days if it’s a light flare, with painkillers + physiotherapy exercises. 💊 If it is a heavy flare with or without steroid/thc treatment, probably a few more days, also taking painkillers + physiotherapy exercises.
