@DevTesch

I feel this in my bones (or at least my feet and hands hahah). I've always been the type of person who runs cold - give me a shower that's a few degrees short of boiling and I'll be comfortable :P Post diagnosis, my hands / feet will go completely numb pretty quickly. I haven't figured out a way to really "control" it - but if it's really bad (especially with my feet) I'll stand in my bathtub and run warmish water on them till the feeling returns. I also do try to get up and move to keep my blood moving if I start feeling the tingle in my toes. I've got a couple pairs of really thick hiking socks that I throw on once I'm warmed up - and I've got a little rechargable hand warmer that I keep on me at all times. It's not a perfect solutions, but I've found it helpful. I know how painful it can be both feeling that cold and the process of warming back up T_T, but you're absolutely not alone!!
