Vertigo
Just home from the doctor's where I was diagnosed with vertigo and given some tablets.
Reading up vertigo is a side effect of MS. Will this pass or is this a new normal? Any experience? Thanks

I have had vertigo for years I had it before being diagnosed with ms.but was diagnosed with fibromyalgia first.in time you will know when the vertigo is coming so if you gets your meds down you it hopefully will not be to bad
I had a physical therapist, who did a vertigo treatment on me and after a week I was better, she told me not too sleep on my left side the heart side because that effects it and to always get out of bed on the right. It was a big adjustment but I have learned it now and I have learned to stop and breathe deeply 5 to 10 times when I feel a little a little a little dizzyness coming on and I have been dealing with vertigo for years way before I was diagnosed with MS.
