My work tryed diffrent ways ruduced hours days off and more time to brake tea xoffee and so on. Then medical retired me. I was lucky they will pay me untill im 70

Tell him you’re doing the best you can do you love your job is it good for you? Hopefully, they’ll work things out with you.
