For spasms and spasticity I take bacoflen. I have noticed when I lay down to sleep on my right side, my left hip area feels like air is being let out of a tire. Doesn’t hurt just feels weird.

@msalec Unfortunately I'm allergic to baclofen. I'm desperate for help bc I can't sleep. I'm glad yours are under control.
