Kesimpta. First dose

Hi. Had my first kesimpta injection this morning. Pls tell me it gets better. By 4pm I was starting to feel bad. Aches, pains, headache, freezing, skin hurts, joint pain. Does anyone know how long it lasts for. I’m hoping I’ll feel better in the morning. Good this is awful. If it’s like this every time I may just give up. Thanks. 😩

I'm on kesimpta and found that the aches n pains/ fluish symptoms stopped after maybe my 2nd-3rd dose. I've been on it for almost 2years.

It was recommended to me to take paracetamol with the injection and do the injection just before bed then sleep it off! My 3rd loading dose I felt like I had the start of a cold, which cleared up in a few days. Rest up, we are all different in how these drugs react in our bodies. Make sure you report any concerns.
