@rachp90 The following helped me: Have cool showers only. No dairy. Swap salt for LoSalt Take Sublingual B12, effervescent VitC+Zink, strong Vit D and magnesium glycanate. Experiment with caffeine. Water little and often. Low fat, high carb, some sugar. Spread out protein intake. Maximize o3 and minimise o6. Avoid aspartame and minimise other a/sweeteners. Yoga stretches. Lower the bar (pace yourself).

I am on Tysabri too. I am feeling like that after completing 6 pounds. My body is so weak and legs barely can move with it.
