Cannabis induced hypothermia
I’ve been using cannabis nightly to ease symptoms but I’ve had a horrible attacks of hypothermia - I’m talking uncontrollable and violent shivering, followed by extreme overheating hours later. After ALOT of research I’ve found that MS makes us much more susceptible to cannabis induced hypothermia. Does anyone have any tips or useful info? It’s not a regular occurrence, but when it happens, it’s horrid.
I had a couple instances of this too. If you end up taking a hit or 2 too many you need to move your body to help regulate the nervous system. Twisting your body from the hips standing if possible and allow your arms to hang loose
