My initial flare that lead to my diagnosis was aphasia and ataxia due to a large legion over my communication center in my brain. I was first put on high dose steroid infusions until I started my DMT. I suffered with speech difficult when I extremely tired. When I am rested it resolves enough to communicate clearly.

@khaynzoe my flare effected my basil ganglia. The steriods didn’t work, i did plex, and now the DMT im on ive seen a little improvement but i my speech could be better..i should be grateful because its better than nothing
