Yes absolutely ! It is utterly frustrating , and it reinforces the “no one understands” sentiment . And it makes you feel even less heard.

My husband is the most supportive person in my life but I had to get him there in the beginning. Dr. Aaron Boster has an amazing video on YouTube for family members to help them understand what we go through internally on a daily basis. It really helped my family.
