Foot drop
Does anyone suffer from heavy feet/legs or foot drop that’s much worse when you first get out of bed in the mornings?

Certainly do. I call it "wooden legs" & takes a few hours to loosen up. Not to normal levels but enough
Yep. Heres how i manage it: Have cool showers only. Magnesium Glyconate Minimal caffeine Effervescent vit C + Zinc. Protein after walk not before. Carbs before walk not after. Use exercise remit wisely. Stretches Rest breaks mid walk
