Damned feet and hands

I usually suffer from pins and needles together with numbness, but I now have a new one to add. It itches INSIDE and it’s driving me mad. Nothing I do relieves the sensation.

I've had that sensation many times. Honestly, it might be the worst symptom I have just due to the sheer annoyance. 😆😩 Heat has sometimes helped, or the itchiness coincidentally improved when applying heat several times- I'm not quite sure yet. Has anything helped you?

Yes phantom itching drives me mad, I haven't found anything that helps elevate the symptoms but I only usually get it when I'm especially run down, so I guess resting helps
