This year marks 20years of my journey with the MonSter and I am worse off than before. I am wondering if anyone also has Disc Degenerative Disease of the neck and lower lumbar of the spinal column? It’s been 6 years since my major fall that has had my back in worse shape and pain? I often wonder if pt will continue helping with walking and weight loss. Does anyone else keep tract of when your life changed? Has anyone else blamed themselves for developing MS ?
