@Hi. I was diagnosed with PPMS in march last year although had been experiencing symptoms for years before. For the most part I've been managing to live relatively okay but the past two weeks I've quickly deteriorated to the extent I'm now in bed in tears just because I couldn't make my kids (17&14) their dinner or take them to cadets. Did speak to them to apologise and they're absolutely fine so why am I not? At this point in time, I don't know if I can continue like this. Is this it? Is this my future? on Shift.ms

Life has its up and downs but you can’t let the negitive win. I was diagnosed few months after you with ppms and has been a roller coaster getting to learn how to cope with life now but in the end we are still here showing it who’s boss. I’m sure your kids understand too and would do anything they can to help you out. Ya isn’t what you want as your the parent wanna provide for them but is no shame in getting help with this evil bitch Ms on our backs.
