Walking and leg pain

Hey everyone, I was on here back in September when I was given a new medication to help me with my walking. I’ve been struggling with severe leg pain for about the last four years and I’ve given up on really going for walks. I’ve made it on a few walks since then through the new medication, but the leg pain is still there. Recently, my acupuncturist suggested that maybe I donate blood again. I haven’t donated blood in almost 10 years because I was on the deferral list because of my MS medication. I listen to my acupuncturist and I went to the blood donation center and asked if my medication’s were still on the referral list. Turns out they weren’t so I started donating blood. Three days after I donated blood for the first time, my leg pain was completely gone. I’m not saying that you will have the same results as I did, but it might be something to check out and see if it helps. I’m continuing to go back as a precautionary treatment to keep my leg pain at bay. I have felt so much better being able to give back again after not being able to serve others manually for the last 14 years.
