About a week ago my whole left side of my body from the neck down to my toes have been swollen, numb and extremely hot to the touch… what’s going on with me???

You should let your doc know this is going on
Sounds like an inflammation. Definitely go get checked with a professional asap. Or at least pass bye a pharmacy and ask them what they think of it.
