Hello everyone, I’m reaching out with a heavy heart. My mother has multiple sclerosis, and I’m desperate to find the best possible care for her. We are located in Northern Virginia, but we are willing to travel within the DMV area (or even further if it means she can get excellent care). She has Kaiser permanente. What we’re looking for: • A top MS specialist or neurologist with deep expertise in multiple sclerosis. • Ideally someone affiliated with a comprehensive MS center (with access to infusion therapy, neuro-ophthalmology, rehab, and clinical trials). • A doctor who is compassionate, communicates clearly, and takes the time to sit with us and help. If anyone has recommendations, reviews, or personal experiences with doctors/centers that truly stand out, please share.
