What has helped me tremendously is lions mane

I'd rank it something like this: 🥇 Sleep (70% of the battle) If you're sleeping 5 hours a night, no supplement is going to save you. Aim for 7.5 to 9 hours of good quality sleep. Sleep is the most underrated "supplement" there is. 🥈 Pacing (60 to 70%) Stop spending tomorrow's energy today. Learn when to push and when to back off. It feels boring until you realise you're actually getting more done. 🥉 Exercise (50 to 70%) It sounds backwards, but the right amount of movement creates energy. Even a 10 to 20 minute walk, swim or gym session can help clear the cobwebs. Just don't empty the tank. Food (40 to 60%) Your brain is expensive to run. Give it decent fuel. Protein, slow-release carbs and regular meals beat living on caffeine and biscuits. Hydration (20 to 40%) Even mild dehydration can make fatigue and brain fog worse. Your brain works better when it's not running on raisins. Supplements (2 to 5% for most people) Things like vitamin D (if you're low), creatine, or lion's mane might help some people, but don't expect miracles. They're the icing, not the cake. I think a lot of us spend £30 a month chasing a magic supplement while surviving on 5 hours' sleep. Fix the foundations first: sleep, pacing, food, exercise and water. You'll usually get far more out of those than anything you'll find in a bottle. 💪🧠
