Insight?..

Peace! I don’t want the infusions. I know, I’m gonna hear about it. I’m feeling very physically weak and my brain fog are my main concerns. I’ve overcome so much in a short time with diet and supplements. What do you do? Even if it is infusions and steroids. Talk to me. I was told the infusions will only make my brain fogs and headaches worse. Headaches are one of the many things I’ve overcome. God bless you 🙏🏼

@Tia peace! Mediterranean diet, beef bone marrow broth/soups, all organic/grass-fed/non-GMO, no dairy, keto diet.. Supplements?.. magnesium L-threonate, potassium w/ extended-release magnesium, ecological formula’s “all thiamine” (vitamin B1 derivative), BioActive complete B-complex, citicoline (CDP-choline), B12, CoQ10, ginkgo biloba, black elderberry, host defense’s “mycommunity” mushroom blend (w/ my ryze mushroom coffee) lion’s mane, black seed oil, mullein (i used to smoke black & milds since a youth), oregano oil (short-term), spirulina, and monk fruit for my sugar replacement.
