Red and infrared light therapy
Is anyone else using this? There is a lot of research out there about how red and infrared light therapy can have positive effects on a range of different biomarkers.
I am using a small red light panel for about ten minutes a day alternating between my chest and back each day. Whilst it is a nice daily routine and my skin is noticeably softer, I have no idea if it isn't impacting on my MS.
I am wondering if anyone else is doing this? How long for and how often? Is anyone using one of those devices that focuses the light more on your brain rather than using a panel? Have you noticed any effects?
I love the sound of red light therapy and would be interested to know if anyone has tried it too! I understand it can be good for the brain, fatigue and anxiety & depression….
@Flennyz yes there is a lot of research into it but not much of it is MS related sadly
