MS lesions

Just wondering if anyone had been diagnosed with MS if they do not have lesions ? Last MRI I had i had 2 small ones but the neurologist told me that they were fine and nothing to worry about and it wasnt MS related. Since then I have been getting more symptoms. I was just wondering if anyone has seen a MS Neurologist that diagnosed them if they didn't have any lesions. I do have a MS Neurology appt coming up in September (which seems so far away). Please let me know! Thank you!

This happened to me to 11 years ago. I was sent for a lumber puncture luckily which to the consultants surprise was positive. I just had a small lesion on my optic nerve and neck with none on the brain.
