I have used hypeerbarric oxygen a few times. It always helps with my sleep. My first experience was in 2009 or 10 I think. I am sure it helped me heal some ms lesions when i was first suffering from relapses. There were people using this for improved healing from serious surgeries. Their doctors could believe the results in healing they were experiencing. I admit I dont use them as often as I should but b I would advocate using one if you need to heal and want better results.
I love hyperbarics it takes the pressure off my brain for sure it does help me rest better. It relieves the stress somehow a couple of my Church friends owned them and have them in their home and use them daily. I’m debating still is it something I wanna do by myself at the clinic you get help which makes it nice but definitely I feel a 100% support for it and that it’s worth it. if you research it, you’ll learn they’re using it for mostly sports player injuries when they make 1000s of dollars that way, but they’re also using it for Alzheimer’s and MS is studying at big time in a few places. I’d like to know if it works for you if you try it as well if you could let me know that would be wonderful.
