Energy
Any recommendations to help with energy levels? Other than the pharmaceutical meds. I try to exercise as much as physically possible but most of know how much that is when your not that mobile, I try to set in the sunshine and of course drink an occasional up of coffee but I am truly dragging all the time. Thanks in advance!!

Lack of energy is our biggest complaint. It’s what dragging our body down from being outside or even try to do more exercise..🥺 However, try to fight it if you can do any type of exercise safely, make sure you get enough sleep make sure you you’re following your diet and you’re taking your supplement.😊 Best of luck💚
