@Today I went into Burlington and I dont know if it was overstimulation or what, my eyes started to hurt, I felt dizzy to the point of passing out. I was with my kids, I was so terrified I just wanted to cry 😢 😭 💔 If it was wasn't for my kids, I just wish I could be done with this already. on Shift.ms

The florescent lights gave me headaches before being diagnosed. Do you have anxiety? The dizzy could have been from that or the overstimulation. I try to do my shopping towards the end of the day when there are less people, so it's not so overwhelming (and yes I do have anxiety)
