If it on the road, get a long bag that you can put on. If you have urinary problems I use Tena Overnight Pads/diapers. If you know the signs on the road usually telling you the next Rest Area go then even if you don’t think you have to. Bring toiletries if you do end up having an accident away from a rest room. Always prepare yourself for the worst and it usually ends up not needed anything at all.

I am on planes, cars and in front of strangers all the time. I wear masks, sanitize, and try my best to stay healthy, but almost always get sick because of DMT lowering the immune system. When you get sick, flares and symptoms come back. I just push through it best I can. When driving (which I avoid like the plague), if I feel dizzy, too much pain or discomfort, I just pull to the side of the road… I’ve dozed off more than once. Then get back on the road and push through.
