Never to late to learn.. but I very much doubt that depression caused your MS. I think that is one to let go and dwell on.

Depression is one of the symptoms of Ms. My neurologist asked me to make that I exercise frequently and meditate. Those 2 tools help me to be grounded mentally. I think our body is too weak to hold on negative emotions and resentment and anger, please let it go. For me personally in every situation I think there is a new learning. If you release anger and overcome all the bad emotions, you will feel stronger.
