Hi guys!!! Sheeesh have not been on here since Saturday ((the game day)) it was so brutal to watch. I turned the tv off. But congratulations to Ohio. Anyways the closer I get to graduation the more intense it gets in school. Well we had our fist round of snow🤬 I dislike the cold so much, I be in a hoodie with the hood on, jogging pants, tall socks and my Granny kids throw blanket sometimes with the heat on….my daughter hates it. But I would rather be warm then cold😳 a couple of tips if you are in a cold climate:: layer up, use heating blankets or heating pads and make sure your home is at a comfortable temperature and avoid drastic temp changes!! Staying warm with ms can help manage symptoms and elevate some.
