Ju-Jitsu
I have been taking my son to Ju-Jitsu classes since the start of the year. The class is 6 years to 99 years. Since he started the instructor has been asking me to join them on the mat. I have declined every week because of MS. Worrying if I’d be able to do the class, scared I would make a fool of myself or that my MS would become visible to everyone, especially if I couldn’t finish the class. Today I said F U to MS, I got on the mat and did my first ever Ju-Jitsu class at 45. I feel like I have had a little win over MS tonight.

That is amazing. I am glad you did it and hope you enjoyed. If you do fail to finish a class so what go back next week and do it again. You overcame your fear and anxiety. That is definitely a win.
That wonderful! I used to study martial arts and was thinking of getting back into it after my ms diagnosis. Your story is inspiring. Also I know most schools are very accepting and flexible concerning people's physical limitations.
