This winter season pain kills me

I got my headache in winters all the time. How to stop it?

I felt same, keeping warm/winter clothes on all of your body helps me a lot. Some are inner thick pyjama, socks 🧦 , covered Shoes 👟 , Jacket 🧥 , neck warmer, beanie/wool hat, etc.. always covered your body with that winter stuff all the time. Staying indoors and warms up room with Heater.

Also drinking water help with it. Deficiency of water and food also causes headache.
