Fear of Winterz

Why winter and too much cold temperatures increases my numbness? It is like my Phobia seriously.

I don't believe it's your phobia. I say this because with each passing year my pain worsens the colder it gets. I'm at the point now after 31 yrs with MS - I REFUSE TO GO OUT when temperature is dropping 🥶 😴 🥶
