Support groups

Does anyone attend MS support groups? I’m trying to stay ahead of my symptoms and feeling an looking for a positive outlet… Thoughts?

I do attend the local monthly Support group meeting. The info is available through the MS Society site or through one of their navigators. I like it since I know nobody else with MS.

I tried one years ago. It was posted on the local ms society website. I went because the topic was progressive ms.. wanted to learn about the symptoms. The video was informative but the open discussion turned into a ms complaint session that served no other purpose other than venting. I have found this app to be more constructive and helpful.
