what has been your experience with the latest trestments? What can i expect from the future?
I felt numbness and pain in my hand, turns out it was ms. This was a few days ago. I have been told by my doctor that these days people can live relatively normal lives and that I don’t have to necessarily loose my mobility or cognitive functions. Still, I wanted to ask, what has been your experience with the latest trestments? Are they as good as people say? And what would you recomend for staying as healthy as possible with this condition?
Sorry for asking so many questions i’m an overthinker :)
Do your research regarding diet..for me cutting out dairy completely was a good choice. The disease modifying therapies available are good..I'm on Tysabri and have been stable now for almost 4 years after rapid onset of symptoms initially (both spinal and brain lesions). It's important to note though that MS is different for everyone..your symptoms and quality of life depend on where your damage is. It's about managing symptoms and choosing the right therapy for you. Recommend good diet, exercise, check your bloods for if you need supplements. Take to your neurologist 😊
Wow i didnt know diary was bad 😭i love cheese so much. How did you notice that cutting diary was making a good impact on your quality of life? And thank you so much for your help! 🥺💗
