After 26 days in the hospital from my new diagnosis of MS, im finally home! I took my first few steps without a walker! Im excited about that, little bit of progress, hopefully ill be able to without it. I had my first appointment with the neurologist today. She wants to put me on ocrevus, which ill get in two weeks if my insurance okays it. Someone told me that, it has a higher risk of causing cancer, specially breast cancer, which is how my mom passed, just 2.5 years ago.(which sent me into a bit a rabbit hole of searching about it.) I am a bit worried now. I should asked more questions while I was there, but my mind was blank,I just couldn't think. What is everyone's experience with it, that took it? Also, thats the only appointment that I had today, and feel so run down, like I ran a marathon...i fell a sleep for about 4 hours, and still exhausted...is this a normal thing? One more thing. How is everyone doing? 😊
