Tingle/chronic pain

Does the sensation of not being able to lift something or at the same time feel as if your hands/arms will not be able to pick anything up, does this go away? Is it a fad for a period of time? I will say though that since I haven’t been working out for a few days I have noticed this problem, just unsure if these are related. No workout = chronic pain/ tingling
@Montanah

Hi, for me that it appeard after 10 years of diagnosis, sudden fealing of tiredness in arms and legs. Sometimes I fell I cant go on stares so I use a lift ( even I could go, I walk normally) but this feeling is annoying. Mostly I take a rest that day, or couple of days and it goes away. But yes, it can appear. Maybe try to balance and se what provokea it. Hold on and happy Christmas!
