dizziness
I am feeling so dizzy today. I don't know what to do with myself. I don't take any medications at all for any of my symptoms. Is there anything over the counter that helps? I'm so frustrated right now.
This new layout with this site doesn't help. I don't like scrolling through to see what diff topics there are. Was much easier when I can view them all instead of scrolling. Doesn't help with the dizziness.
It sounds like a case of vertigo. This can be a symptom of MS, but can also be caused by other conditions. Are you able to consult with a General Doctor to check out for non-ms conditions?
Hi @mendozaj72 I too regularly suffer with vertigo and dizziness due to my MS. Before I was diagnosed with MS they thought I had Meniere's Disease which has similar symptoms. I was given Betahistine by my doctor which has helped in the past and I also do some of the same things they recommend for Meniere's such as a low-salt diet and reducing Caffeine and alcohol when I'm very bad (probably should follow that all the time to be honest). You could try looking up Meniere's and see if you find any things to try out which might help. Good luck, hope you feel better soon.
