living well with ms?
Has anyone had ms for a long time and had minor symptoms or hardly any relapses and our living life well and happy, what do you take vitamins diets any tips to keep ms on the lowww lol I would love to hear about X

@melmel1, You are looking for me. 25 years MS. Healthy food, exercise , no stress and vit.D irregularly 2000 iu/day. Some MS are not too bad. My magic words is. " it is what it is. It could be worse".
I know someone who has had it for over 30 years and has now progressed to secondary progressive. He’s doing extremely well with hardly any symptoms. He says it’s probably due to working out and he tries to eat healthy.
