Hi @melly777 You might have already seen this page but it’s worth checking out. https://mstrust.org.uk/a-z/fampridine-fampyra It talks about an assessment between 2-4 weeks of first use to check for improvements over 25 feet. You might find some other info here too. I hope this helps.
