Hi all. I’m looking for opinions, recommendations and suggestions. I’m starting a company that help MS patients exercise and/or train to be or stay fit.

What needs are out there that I am not aware of? My MS, all of my legions are on my brain and not on my spine so my physical mobility is fairly normal. I want to help others who suffer the same pain and physical discomfort to be able to live as close to “normal” as possible. I want to help MS patients stay fit and physically healthy as they possibly could so please respond with advice or tips that I can use to reach out and improve my positive impact within our MS community!

Great idea! I think one of the things that will be a challenge is knowing how to help with fithendd when people experience various levels of fatigue, balance and mobility issues. I think having an array of perspectives or making sure your app clarifies who the app is made for. Good luck!

I’m like you only a few on the brain. I still do karate. I think it is about managing fatigue for me more. Sometimes at the end of the day my energy bucket is empty and do etines I feel ok and train hard and then wipe myself out for the following day. Also anything that requires focus of the mind like learning katas or doing combinations of moves is hard when brain fog is in play. Hope that’s helpful.
