Anyone else pay for being overly emotional?

Hey I was just curious is anyone paying physically for getting upset be it sadness or anger or rage? Like you get awful body fatigue and head aches??? Coming down a rush of rage or adrenaline or being sad, I mean like dear john letter sad, and then having to literally pay with a pound of flesh in the terms of your energy or essence. I’d also like to throw a curveball an ms warrior who has bi-polar coming up with healthy alternatives and coping strategies? I find it hard enough to stay at an even keel, this year was a mfer to say the least. To watch your dad die of a glioblastoma, and some of his last words are take care of yourself, how do people deal with grief? anxiety?sadness? It seems like a mad world, and I just wanna day where if i got emotional i don’t have to pay for it later. I know it probably sounds selfish but I use to have more patience for anyone, now i find i can’t give the time, and i’ve had to remove my like a rock ability to be there for someone else rather than myself. Am I being selfish or real? As the weather warms (which I loathe, and both dread) My best advice is little wins over time, I hope this spring finds everyone of you happy and well. And if not that contented as humanly possible. Sending love & goodvibes from boston. -will
